We deliver our jewellery designs in Ireland and worldwide.

Once you place your order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We aim to process all orders withing 24 hours except in the case of personalised jewellery pieces or any other adjustments required. Custom and personalised pieces usually take up to 3 days to complete before posting.

Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been completed. We aim to post completed orders within 24 hours of completion. In some few cases, unexpected circumstances may delay your delivery and such occurrences are outside the control of Us.

All deliveries are sent with An Post standard post deliver and usually take 3 – 7 working days for delivery. If you wish to secure your delivery, you may request An Post Tracked Parcel Post, there is an extra charge for this service.

We cannot accept liability if your order does not arrive within the delivery times stated.

How we deliver your order

An Post Standard Delivery – Unless you choose otherwise, all orders are sent via An Post standard post delivery. Please be aware that this delivery method is not tracked or insured and any delivery failures or items lost in the post are not the responsibility of GF Jewellery.

An Post Tracked – An Post Tracked Parcel delivery has a tracking number which we will provide to you once we have dispatched your order.

If you wish to have your order sent by registered post, please contact us to arrange, there will be an extra charge for this service.

In some cases, for higher priced items, we will offer you complimentary registered post.

  • Tracked Post: €6.50 | 2-5 working days
  • Registered Post: €9.90 | 1-2 working days
  • Free Registered Delivery on orders over €80.00

UK and Europe

Due to the large number of “missing in the post” orders, we can only offer registered delivery to UK mainland and Europe.

For Northern Ireland customers, we will refund you €5.00 on your order against the extra postage charge.

  • Registered Post: €13.50 | 3-5 working days
  • Free Registered Delivery on orders over €120.00

Rest Of World

Due to the large number of “missing in the mail” orders, we can only offer registered delivery to areas outside the UK and Europe.
