We have immense pride in the jewellery that we design and create and we want your purchase from us to be a positive experience. 

Faulty Items

We operate a 30 day return and refund policy. We create our jewellery to last but there is always the possibility that a piece may not be up to our high standard. Any issues with your jewellery purchase are usually apparent within the first week or two of wear.

Upon receiving your jewellery, we recommend that you inspect it before you wear it. If there is an issue, we will happily exchange it or give you a full refund, on receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please contact us for a return address.

After the 30 day return period but within 60 days of purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund but we can offer to make a replacement piece.

Please note that this does not apply to items damaged through wear or use. Please read our Caring For Your Jewellery Policy.

Wrong Size

Before ordering, we recommend that you fully read our Jewellery Sizing guidelines.

If you order the wrong size item, we can accept a return and we will happily resize it for you. Please note that there is a €15.00 remaking cost for this service. All delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Change Of Mind

If you receive your jewellery and simply decide that you don’t want it, we can accept it’s return within our 30 day return and refund policy period. Please note that the returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We cannot accept returns of custom made items or items that have been resized or altered to your specifications.
• Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We Make Our Jewellery To Last

We make our jewellery to last, with double crimping, interlocking wire wrapping etc. We only use premium quality materials, but that doesn’t make our jewellery maintenance free or indestructible. Striking your jewellery against things, banging against surfaces, lifting heavy items while wearing your jewellery, swimming, going to the gym, gardening, etc. will cause damage and excess wear and tear to your jewellery.
